Welcome to Voyageo Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
Bookings can be $e through our website, via email, or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) and have sent you a written confirmation.
For most tours and services, a deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before the start date of your tour. For bookings $e less than 30 days before the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website. All payments must be $e in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation of a booking must be $e in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient participants, force majeure, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., change dates, tour itinerary), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, this may incur additional charges, and changes are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or other services if circumstances make it necessary or advisable. Such modifications will not be considered a breach of contract, and no refunds will be given for such modifications unless they significantly alter the essential character of the tour.
Accommodation is provided as described on our website or in your booking confirmation. While we strive to provide accurate information, accommodations may vary in standard and quality based on local conditions and availability.
Transportation will be provided as indicated in the tour description. We reserve the right to change the type or model of vehicle used if necessary, provided that the replacement vehicle is of equivalent or superior quality.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in the price of our tours unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during a tour. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist acts, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, and strikes.
We act only as an intermediary for third-party service providers such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, and activity operators. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required for your journey. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in the activities included in your tour. You should consult your doctor regarding any pre-existing medical conditions and necessary vaccinations before traveling.
You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other participants, our staff, and local people. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour if your behavior is disruptive, offensive, or endangers others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Voyageo Tours or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our written permission.
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms will be effective upon posting on our website. You are advised to check our website periodically for any changes.
